WCDR is an all volunteer team. Funding comes from donations and our own pockets. We are dispatched by and work with the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office. Not all the stories can be told as some are 'sensitive' in nature or have details/pics that cannot be shared. The stories you do see are an insight into the world of rescue diving, or unfortunately what it all to often is, recovery diving.
